Deputy President William Ruto’s bid to become Kenya’s 5th President come 2022 could be snatched from right under his nose by leaders from his back-end.

That is after a block of leaders and residents from Rift Valley, led by Alfred Keter started to turn their back on him.

Days after the President declared that his efforts to fight corruption will not spare even his brother, sister and closest political allies, talk around town is that the President’s word touched closely on his Deputy.

Alfred Keter took to twitter to express his frustration at Ruto, a man he has supported for a long time.

DP Ruto has been vocal in his defense of jubilee government but the clock appears to be winding up on his time at the helm moving into 2022.

William Kabogo recently broke ice on Ruto’s presidential bid saying that the Deputy President’s actions will be his greatest undoing in his bid for presidency.
